Publication and Template

Manuscripts submitted for consideration must be written in English and present original research. Submissions should be in .docx format using the official template below and comprise a minimum of five pages.

The work must not have been previously published or be under review by any other publication or conference.

All accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore (typically indexed in the SCOPUS database) subject to meets IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

After submission, the editor will conduct an initial topic suitability check to ensure the paper aligns with the conference’s scope and thematic areas. If the paper passes this check, the author will be informed of its preliminary acceptance for review, or outright rejection if the topic is deemed unsuitable. If your article is considered suitable within the conference’s scope, you will be issued an Invoice and a temporary Letter of Acceptance (LoA) before proceeding to the review stage. Papers that pass the initial screening will undergo a double-blind review process, where at least two independent reviewers evaluate the submission, keeping both the author and reviewer identities anonymous. The editor will assign the paper to reviewers with expertise in the relevant field.

Reviewers will then provide feedback and recommend one of three outcomes: acceptance without revision, acceptance with major or minor revisions, or rejection.

The editor will consider the feedback and recommendations provided by the reviewers. Please keep in mind, the review from the editor is only a final check for the paper ready to be published.

The editor will notify the authors of the review outcome and decision, whether the paper is accepted (with or without revisions) or rejected. If revisions are required, authors will need to update their manuscript in accordance with the feedback, ensuring that the conference template is followed.

After revisions are made, authors must submit the revised manuscript along with a Turnitin plagiarism report, with the similarity index required to be below 20%. The use of AI, we use Generative AI policies for journals from Elsevier. It is necessary for the author to understand the policies of using AI.

The editor will then review the revised manuscript to ensure all requested changes have been implemented and that the paper meets the necessary standards. If the manuscript is satisfactory and no further revisions are required, the final acceptance notice will be issued along with the final invoice.
