Terms and Conditions
  1. Payment for participants (listeners) should be made immediately upon registration.
  2. Payment for presenters/authors is required once the editor confirms that the paper aligns with the scope and is deemed suitable for presentation. Further terms regarding compensation for reviewers and refund policies for presenters/authors are as follows:
    1. Full Rejection by Reviewer: If the reviewer decides to fully reject the paper, the presenter is still allowed to present the paper, but the article will not be submitted to the publisher. In this case, a refund will be provided for the total amount paid, minus the presenter’s fee for the online/onsite option. If the author chooses not to present the paper, a refund of 85% will be provided.
    2. Acceptance with Revisions (Minor or Major): If the reviewer accepts the paper with conditions for revisions (minor or major), but the author does not complete the necessary revisions by the final manuscript (camera-ready) submission deadline, only 75% of the payment will be refunded. Additionally, the author will not be allowed to present the paper.
    3. Withdrawal of Paper After Camera-Ready Submission: If the author withdraws the paper after the camera-ready submission period but before submission to the publisher, only 50% of the payment will be refunded, and the author will not be allowed to present the paper.
  3. For presenters only, payment is made after passing the initial editorial review. There is no independent review process by reviewers, and no refund will be given after the payment is completed.
  4. If the paper is rejected by the publisher after submission due to the author’s negligence (such as failing to complete the final submission process), there will be no refund of the payment.
